Every great venture starts with a clear sense of purpose. For Pascal, his early focus was on understanding how complex systems function. Realizing that his true assignment lay in engineering digital systems and architecture, he fully dedicated his path to computer science and software development.
He completed his studies at the prestigious Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awka, graduating in Computer Science, and later went on to complete both an MBA and an MSc. From his university days, Pascal has been committed to building vibrant ecosystems for young people and tech enthusiasts, rapidly evolving into a "developer of developers."
The Conglomerate & Shipping Infrastructure
Today, Pascal runs a business conglomerate spanning Technology, Oil & Gas, Real Estate, Tourism & Hospitality, Manufacturing, and FMCG. As CEO & Co-founder of The Bigcode Group, he has built the technical foundation for regional platforms across Africa.
His latest product launches focus heavily on building trust and core business infrastructure for African enterprises:
1. Ebonyi Innovation Network (EIN): Connecting local talent and global diaspora (Lagos, London, Toronto, Dubai) to build a coordinated innovation and policy hub in Ebonyi State.
2. Kredo Business Suite: A comprehensive business operating system built to help African SMEs digitize manual approvals, workflows, record-keeping, and operations.
3. Payburse Escrow System: Eliminating payment fraud and friction in digital commerce by holding transaction funds securely until goods and services are delivered.
Mentorship & The "Digital Igba Boy"
Pascal is a fierce advocate of the traditional Igbo Apprenticeship System (IAS), translating it into tech as the "Digital Igba Boy" model. As the Thrivora (Formerly Startup Anambra) Founder and Convener,, the Tony Elumelu Foundation Anambra State Hub Lead, and the National Community Lead for AI in Nigeria National Community Lead and the President of Ebonyi Innovation Network, he has trained and mentored thousands of developers.
By partnering with DevAmplify Hub, Startup Nigeria, and Django Girls, he coaches women-in-tech and local software engineers to develop MVP prototypes, creating sustainable business pipelines across South-East Nigeria.

Outside the IDE and boardroom, Pascal is happily married to Mrs. Onyinyechi Nmecha.
In his spare time, Pascal enjoys cooking, often professing his love on social media for #Ofeakwu (traditional Palm fruit stew), beans, and plantain. He finds peace and enjoyment in logic, complex numbers, crypto, and deep intellectual discourse with his allies.
